It Started With Accounting
My journey to solopreneurship started in 2019 when I quit my accounting career.
I had only worked for a year as an accountant and I knew I didn't want to do that for the next 40 years.
It was too boring for me.
Then There Was My Blog
At that time, I had a blog that I loved with all my heart.
It was my pride and joy and I had learnt so much from just owning that blog.
I learnt how to write articles, to build a website, to get traffic etc. At one point I was actively getting paid to write articles.

How I got into marketing
I had never thought of making the whole marketing a career.
However, when I was jobless, my boyfriend at the time worked online and encouraged me to apply for work online as well.
So, I applied for VA positions which eventually turned into marketing jobs since I was so good at it.
I kept getting promoted from VA to marketing until I decided to do marketing full time. At one point, I was head of marketing of small marketing agency.
Since 2019, I've been freelancing and working for various companies as a marketing professional.
From Working For Others To Working For Myself
In 2022, I decided to start selling my marketing services independently and I've been doing it ever since.
What I've Learned
I have learnt a lot from working with marketing agencies and small teams.
I have learnt the process from onboarding clients to retaining them and I want to help people do that.
I Don't Gatekeep
I do not gatekeep information. So, you'll find everything I know on my newsletter, blogs, youtube videos etc
